The older I get, the more I’m embracing these fr The older I get, the more I’m embracing these freckles and choosing low-makeup days, so it was time to upgrade my skincare!

Stocking on staples I’ll need to support my new Stocking on staples I’ll need to support my new glp-1 journey! 🛒🍗 Here’s everything on my grocery list:

1️⃣ Multivitamin + Omega 3 - this is crucial for making sure I stay healthy and feel my best during treatment.

2️⃣ Protein - GLP-1 meds can reduce appetite, which often means less protein intake. I’ve learned that protein food sources or powders help preserve lean muscle mass, support immune function, and keep energy up.

3️⃣ Fiber - helps with digestion, bowel regularity, and blood sugar balance. I’m starting slow with chia seeds (adding this to my protein smoothies!).

4️⃣ Electrolytes - Since GLP-1 slows digestion and reduces appetite often, it increases risk of dehydration. I grabbed Body Armor FlashIV packets for when my appetite is low and I feel lightheaded or depleted.

5️⃣ GLP-1 Friendly Foods: eggs, plain Greek yogurt, grilled chicken, peanut butter, frozen berries, apples, granola, and protein bars.

I’m not trying to change my diet completely, but I am focused on making small, simple, and healthier choices that I can easily maintain. Ultimately, I’m aiming for 20–30g protein per meal while using GLP-1 meds, but if my appetite is low, it becomes protein first, then carbs.

Lazy Lasagna with Frozen Ravioli

Lazy Lasagna With Frozen Ravioli

The laziest lasagna I ever made just came out of the oven. Would you believe me if I told you I made this with frozen ravioli?

That is the secret ingredient here. The star of the show. It is the greatest time-saving cooking hack of all time!

Lazy Lasagna With Frozen Ravioli

In fact, when I don’t feel like cooking, but I’ve got to get dinner done, this Lazy Lasagna recipe has become one of my go-to family meals. With just three ingredients, your taste buds will trick you into believing this dish is homemade.

It’s hard not to fall in love with it!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 family-size bag of frozen cheese ravioli
  • 4 cups Italian cheese blend, shredded
  • 2 – 24 oz jars of marinara sauce
  • fresh parsley, for garnish

How To Make Lazy Lasagna

Lazy Lasagna With Frozen Ravioli

1 – Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. In a 9×13 baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom. Add a layer of frozen ravioli on top of the sauce. Cover the ravioli layer with cheese.

2 – Repeat layers with sauce, ravioli, and cheese as needed. End with a final layer of sauce and cheese.

3 – Bake covered for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

4 – Add fresh parsley for garnish. Slice and serve!

Eating, Storing, and Freezing Lazy Lasagna

Every time I make this Lazy Lasagna recipe, I serve it with a Caesar salad and garlic bread. You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.

And in case you’re wondering, yes, this recipe is freezer-friendly too!

To make this Lazy Lasagna recipe in advance, you’ll want to assemble the ingredients in a 9×3 foil pan. Cover tightly with foil and store it in your freezer for up to 3 months. Then, pop it in the oven when you’re ready to bake it.

I think making this meal ahead of time is a smart move because it’ll come in handy for days when your original dinner plans fall apart. No sense of going to a drive-thru if you’ve already got this Lazy Lasagna in your freezer!
