The older I get, the more I’m embracing these fr The older I get, the more I’m embracing these freckles and choosing low-makeup days, so it was time to upgrade my skincare!

I wanted hydrating, glow-boosting products that actually fit into real life, and this Korean-leaning lineup has been such a good reset 🙌🏽✨☺️

Here’s everything I grabbed from Amazon for under $100:

✅ Toner: d’Alba Piedmont Italian White Truffle First Spray Serum — hydrating + glow-enhancing

We tuned in as a family because I wanted my kids to witness history unfolding, and baaaaabyyy we were salsa dancing the whole time 😂💃🏽🇵🇷

Stocking on staples I’ll need to support my new Stocking on staples I’ll need to support my new glp-1 journey! 🛒🍗 Here’s everything on my grocery list:

1️⃣ Multivitamin + Omega 3 - this is crucial for making sure I stay healthy and feel my best during treatment.

2️⃣ Protein - GLP-1 meds can reduce appetite, which often means less protein intake. I’ve learned that protein food sources or powders help preserve lean muscle mass, support immune function, and keep energy up.

3️⃣ Fiber - helps with digestion, bowel regularity, and blood sugar balance. I’m starting slow with chia seeds (adding this to my protein smoothies!).

4️⃣ Electrolytes - Since GLP-1 slows digestion and reduces appetite often, it increases risk of dehydration. I grabbed Body Armor FlashIV packets for when my appetite is low and I feel lightheaded or depleted.

5️⃣ GLP-1 Friendly Foods: eggs, plain Greek yogurt, grilled chicken, peanut butter, frozen berries, apples, granola, and protein bars.

I’m not trying to change my diet completely, but I am focused on making small, simple, and healthier choices that I can easily maintain. Ultimately, I’m aiming for 20–30g protein per meal while using GLP-1 meds, but if my appetite is low, it becomes protein first, then carbs.

Easy Cheesy Crockpot Ravioli

Easy Cheesy Crockpot Ravioli (Only 4 Ingredients!)

Say goodbye to complicated recipes and hello to hassle-free cooking! These days, we have been busier than ever. My kids went back to school, started playing fall sports, and I’m just trying to keep up with feeding 7 people without going insane.

That’s why, today, I’m excited to share this Easy Cheesy Crockpot Ravioli recipe because it’s perfect for busy weeknights!

The recipe requires just four simple ingredients and minimal prep time. It’s an effortless way to have a home-cooked meal ready when you are!

Easy Cheesy Crockpot Ravioli (Only 4 Ingredients!)

I’m not sure about you, but I love a good dump-and-go crockpot recipe. Just toss everything in the slow cooker, let it simmer, and indulge in creamy, cheesy goodness that everyone will love.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 25 oz bag of frozen cheese ravioli pasta
  • 2 – 23oz jars of marinara pasta sauce
  • 1 lb ground Italian sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheese, either mozzarella or Italian-style blend
  • 1-2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Dried parsley flakes, for garnish

How to Make Crockpot Ravioli With 4 Ingredients

Easy Cheesy Crockpot Ravioli (Only 4 Ingredients!)

1 – Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook your sausage until completely brown. Drain fat and set aside.

2 – Lightly grease your slow cooker with cooking spray. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce. Dump frozen ravioli pasta. Pour ground sausage. Add the remaining pasta sauce, making sure the ravioli is completely covered. Top with shredded cheese and 1-2 tsp of Italian seasoning.

3 – Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours. Garish with parsley flakes and serve!

Easy Cheesy Crockpot Ravioli (Only 4 Ingredients!)

Yes, this Crockpot Ravioli recipe is actually this easy AND cheesy! Serve it with a Caesar salad kit and garlic bread, and dinner is done!

We barely had any leftovers, which always means a meal was a hit. But the little bit that did remain, I’ve stored inside an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
