Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

BBQ Pulled Pork made easy! Dump it in your slow cooker on busy weeknights and season it with a McCormick packet.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg McCormick Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning Mix
  • 3 lbs Boneless Pork Tenderloin or Shoulder Roast trimmed and cut into two pieces
  • 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar

Equipment

  • 6 qt Programmable Slow Cooker

Method
 

  1. Place pork in the slow cooker. Trimmed and cut into two pieces.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix Seasoning Mix, ketchup, sugar, and vinegar until blended. Pour over pork and cover.
  3. Cook for 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH.
  4. Remove cover. Place pork in a separate bowl and shred using two forks, then return to the slow cooker.
  5. Mix with sauce and heat before serving on a bun or slider rolls.
